14u-18u, Junior/College: 12 skaters max
Emphasizes fundamentals such as gap control, stick discipline, footwork efficiency, body positioning, OBL shooting, passing, and puck management under pressure. Each session combines technical reps with situational drills, building confident, reliable defenders ready to excel at the highest levels.

High-level, competitive game-style skates designed for current and aspiring Junior and College players. Open to players with junior, college, or tier experience. A great opportunity to stay sharp, compete against elite peers, build connections, and be seen by coaches and scouts.
Price is dependent on number of skaters. We are expecting the cost to range from $35-45 per hour.

Eric Phillips – Founder, The Athlete Advisory Group
Eric Phillips is the founder of The Athlete Advisory Group (AAG), a premier hockey development and advisory service committed to helping athletes reach their full potential. With a sharp focus on position-specific training, video analysis, and strategic mentorship, Eric brings a modern, detail-driven approach to player development.
He currently serves as the assistant coach with both the Lady Ducks 14U AAA team and the Ontario Jr Reign of the USPHL. Prior to those roles, Eric spent two seasons as the assistant coach for the Jr Ducks 18U AA team, helping guide the team to a national championship berth. He also spent the past five seasons working in Hockey Operations for the Anaheim Ducks (NHL) as a gameday assistant. His ability to connect with players and break down the game at an elite level has made him a trusted resource for athletes pursuing junior and collegiate opportunities.
Through AAG, Eric continues to challenge and guide athletes to elevate their game — both on and off the ice.
